This series was shot on an inexpensive, medium format film toy camera called a Holga. The Holga's cheap construction and simple meniscus lens often yields pictures that display vignetting, blur, light leaks, and other distortions. Shot on Provia 100, the film was cross processed and then color corrected in Photoshop CS2 without any additional modifications. Photographs are printed on a 20" x 20" fine art wrap-around canvas with a depth of 1 1/2". Framing paper covers the back of the gallery wrap and metal hangers and bumpers are applied to the corners. 6"x6" prints mounted on 3/4" wood are also available.
All the prints are untitled and can be referred to by their coordinates on the photo page. Contact freemanjace@gmail.com to acquire or inquire about the canvas prints. |
